Submitting this request confirms the following (consenting party is over the age of 18): Grant of Rights and Release: The Releasor hereby irrevocably grants to Rock Hill Schools, its successors, and assigns, the absolute, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute any and all media, photographs, video, audio recordings, or content provided or created by the Releasor. The Releasor hereby completely releases and discharges Rock Hill Schools from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity in connection with the authorized use of this media. The Releasor acknowledges they relinquish all rights to royalties, compensation, or prior approval regarding the final usage. Indemnity Clause: The Media Organization and its representatives agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Home Team, the Stadium or other Venue, the League, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from: Any negligent or wrongful act by Media on the field or premises. Media’s failure to follow safety rules, staff directions, or restricted area boundaries. Any damage to stadium property or equipment caused by Media. Any injury to Media personnel.
